Yoga Lessons

Yoga is an amazing way to tone and strengthen both the body and the mind, and it is for this reason that yoga plays such an integral role in all the Health Plans offered at CYN.

Often when we think about exercise we only consider its implications for our physique. Whether its about dropping pounds or toning up; the beauty of yoga is it addresses the physical need for exercise while also working to quiet the mind and bring awareness to whole self.

This mind-body connection is integral to successfully achieving any and all Health Goals. Yoga was designed to empower the health of the whole body and achieve a greater sense of the self. It is with this holistic, empowering approach that increased fitness and optimum health can be achieved sustainably. Not only does yoga help you to achieve a beautiful body, but it also encourages a healthy lifestyle and a healthy relationship with yourself.

CYN aims to integrate a little or lot of yoga into all Health Plans, as well as offering classes locally for adults and kids. Private lessons are also available on a one to one basis. This is a great way to target specific areas for toning or to accommodate an injury or to simply introduce yourself to yoga in a relaxed environment.
