I hear you. CYN takes the thinking, planning and organising out of your busy hands and into mine. Nutrition Plans are designed for the individual who has a very clear Health Goal in mind and knows that it can be achieved by eating healthy.
After a brief initial consultation we will evaluate what it will take to reach your goal. We will set targets and agree on a strategy. This includes Meal Planners, Shopping Lists, Recipes and they are all based on your targets, time frame, existing schedule, lifestyle and time constraints.
The Nutrition Plans are based on a time frame of between 1-5 weeks, depending on your targets. For example, if you would like to lose 7 lbs in 2 weeks, 14 lbs in 4-5 weeks, etc.
