Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a beautiful holiday season and you are ready for a brilliant 2017. There is a lot of excitement at Carey Yoga & Nutrition! We have a fab new venue in Waterville, new class times and new class types, a weekend retreat on the 20 Jan in the stunning Danu House, Valentia and brand new health coaching and nutrition packages to help you reach your 2017 goals.
Personally, I am following the Renew You 2017 challenge on Mind Body Green and today I am thinking about how to set a “one word intention”. Many of you may remember we were focusing a little more on our intention setting at the beginning of our yoga classes in December, planting the seed for New Years resolutions. This article may help you to reaffirm your goals and take things to the next level.
I am also planning the new class timetables for Caherciveen and Waterville (and maybe Caherdaniel!) this week and I hope to have this finalised by Wednesday. If anyone has any suggestions or preferences or would like to see something specific included in our classes over the next 7 weeks please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate!
Last, but not least, health coaching, nutrition and dieting plans and personal training is back on the list of services at Carey Yoga & Nutrition in a big way. Not least because it is January when we are full of hope of achieving our health goals for the New Year, but also because 2017 is predicted to be a big year for health and wellness and cleaning up our diets and focusing on the bigger picture when it comes to our health is the best thing we can do for ourselves.
