Yoga: the most beautiful, rewarding and enriching thing you can do for your body, mind and spirit. If you don’t believe me ask any one who has a consistent yoga practice, they will tell you the same. I wake up everyday with an immense feeling of gratitude that I am a yoga teacher and that I can share this wonderful gift with my students. As a Yoga Alliance E-RYT200 teacher of adults, kids and pregnancy, I am always striving to offer my students the very best of what yoga has to offer. Yoga is for everyone.
