Today is world mental health day and to honor those who may be struggling and to honor my own struggle with mental health issues, I wanted to share my story and how I found my way back from dark times.

Join me at the beautiful Aislinn Yoga Lodge for a luxurious two and half hours of yoga, meditation and a nutrient dense post yoga smoothie, Energy Balls and herbal tea. The theme of this immersion will be based on the Second Chakra, Svadhisthana. Svadhisthana is a great chakra to work on to support and nourish your body as we transition through the seasons. Not to mention it’s representative colour is orange which is very Autumnal! Our physical practice will focus on a hip openers, working through gentle flows where you can tap into a sense of creativity and fluidity. And we will consider how we can apply what we learn on the mat to our daily lives, in a really fun and relaxed way! We will start at 10am with a brief overview of our theme. Moving into some centering and grounding work to get us into our “yoga zone” followed by an hour and a half physical practice.
