Yogi Tea | Recipe

This is my go to Yogi tea spice arsenal…

  • Fresh ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Clove
  • Cardamom
  • Peppercorns
  • a pinch of black tea (not before bed!)

You can let this bubble away in about 2 mugs of water for 30 mins, enjoy with whatever milk and/or sweetener is your thang and enjoy!!

This is amazing if you’re suffering from any digestive issues 👌🏼 xx
